Due to continued expansion, our client based in Earls Colne is looking to recruit Solderers.
Please note: Own transport is required due to the site location.
This is an ongoing position for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to become temp to perm. Optional overtime and weekend work are available.
Working Hours
During Training (Standard Day Shift)
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
Once Trained (Rotational Shift Pattern)
05:30 – 14:00
13:30 – 22:00
(8.5-hour shifts including a 30-minute unpaid break)
You may be required to work either standard day shifts or rotational shifts, so flexibility is essential.
Pay Rates
Standard Day Shift (Training)
£13.86 per hour PAYE
Overtime after 40 hours (Mon–Fri) & Saturdays: £20.79 per hour
Sundays: £27.72 per hour
Rotational Shifts
£16.64 per hour PAYE
Overtime after 40 hours (Mon–Fri) & Saturdays: £24.96 per hour
Sundays: £33.28 per hour
