Factory Operative / Machine Operator – No Experience Needed!
Are you looking to build a long-term career with a supportive team? Due to continued growth, our client in Manningtree is hiring Full-Time Production Staff / Machine Operators. Full training provided – no experience required!
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly)
Monday to Friday – No Weekends!
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(Possibility of a night shift being introduced next year)
Pay Rate:
£13.09 per hour (PAYE)

Job Purpose
Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of production machinery
- Manage raw material mixing process
- Ensure product quality and meet output targets
- Perform mechanical re-sets of tooling and machines
- Complete machine safety checks before startup
- Follow all health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Support other factory operations as required
